evaluation and 45 minute treatment.
All sessions after the initial last
50-60 minutes. |
| 24 hours notice of cancellation is required to
avoid being charged for the session. |

Insurance Reimbursement
| usually 70-80% is covered with a MD referral
for Occupational Therapy and an appropriate diagnosis, check with your
company first |
